Jeerawan Kaewsringam (JJ) is the Head of Human Resources at CCCI. She has over six years of experience working with international organizations supporting refugees, asylum seekers, migrants, and people from diverse backgrounds through casework, coordination and community support.
At CCCI, JJ supports the organization’s human resources and staff management, including recruiting and onboarding counselors and other team members, coordinating staff, supporting staff well-being, and developing HR policies and organizational procedures. She also helps ensure the team has a supportive, respectful work environment where volunteers can work effectively and feel valued.
